พื้นฐานการชงมัตจะ อุปกรณ์ โดยเน้นสอนการชงเมนู 3 เมนูหลักยอดนิยม คือ
-มัตจะเพียวร้อนแบบดั้งเดิม “อุสุฉะ”
-มัตจะเย็นใส่น้ำแข็ง หรือที่หลายท่านชอบเรียกว่า “เคลียร์ / ไอซ์มัตจะ”
-มัตจะใส่นม แบบใช้นมเย็นชงทั้งหมด “มัตจะลาเต้”
เมื่อจบคลาสนี้ทุกท่านสามารถกลับไปชงมัตจะได้ด้วยตัวเองอย่างแน่นอน
