Sakura Matsuri It’s about sakura season in Japa Sakura Matsuri It’s about sakura season in Japan, as usual, we bring the taste of Sakura from Japan to you 🙂 our kitchen people are passionate to bring the freshest taste of “Sakuramochi”. We pride ourselves in selecting fine ingredients with excellent flavors for everyone. We use japanese sticky rice prepared a night before, our sakuramochi not pink because we do not use artificial color. Our Pickled Sakura leaves are from Shizuoka, the aroma is very distinct. Our filtered Red bean paste(Koshian) is homemade using Beans from Hokkaido for best flavor.
