Per Oscar Brekell　ブレケル・オスカル Originally from Sweden, Oscar Brekell is one of few foreigners with a Japanese Tea Instructor certificate and was also the first to obtain a diploma for making hand-rolled sencha. With years of experience and lectures on tea in more than 15 countries, Oscar is known in Japan as the “blue-eyed tea evangelist” and has been featured in various Japanese media since many years back. With the focus on leaf tea, Oscar keeps surprising Japanese and foreigners alike with the great variation of tastes and flavors that Japanese tea has to offer. During our sessions, he will introduce a multitude of brewing techniques from simple to advanced, and guide you through the intriguing field of single-origin green tea. Oscar will also share his story, and his experiences as a foreign-born tea specialist working in Japan. Sakura Matsuri It’s about sakura season in Japa Sakura Matsuri It’s about sakura season in Japan, as usual, we bring the taste of Sakura from Japan to you 🙂 our kitchen people are passionate to bring the freshest taste of “Sakuramochi”. We pride ourselves in selecting fine ingredients with excellent flavors for everyone. We use japanese sticky rice prepared a night before, our sakuramochi not pink because we do not use artificial color. Our Pickled Sakura leaves are from Shizuoka, the aroma is very distinct. Our filtered Red bean paste(Koshian) is homemade using Beans from Hokkaido for best flavor. It takes about 7 hours to prepare our original fine Koshian. ** pairing with aromatic and refreshing sencha green tea. 🌸Sakurakaori Sencha Known to tea producers as “Shizu-7132” cultivar with unique sakura leaves-like aroma … this sencha is first harvest (best harvest for quality) Single cultivar sencha from Honyama, Shizuoka. 🍵 We look forward to welcome you with Sakura festive mood 🌸🌸☺️
