คลาสนี้เฉพาะผู้ที่เคยเรียนคลาส Matcha tasting หรือ Nihoncha tasting – Japanese tea tasting มาแล้วเท่านั้น

Our basic requirement is for those who joined “Japanese tea tasting aka. Explore Nihoncha class”
Those who also joined the “Matcha tasting class” will be given priority for booking.
With both courses as basics, you can fully learn from this class.
Those who have not participated in the required class cannot participate in this class.
*** This is a crucial skill to have as a Japanese tea seller/owner of a cafe that serves Japanese tea. You must have the ability to judge and tell the bad ones apart.
*** You can purchase the tea evaluation sets by participating in this class.

Purpose
A person running a business related to Japanese tea can evaluate the quality of Japanese tea using a standard method. This helps the person purchase quality Japanese tea at a fair price and manage the quality of his/her products.
Outline of contents
1. Purpose of tea evaluation
-Explain the necessity for evaluation.
-Explain (Emphasis on Quality, just like how Japanese tea specialists judge the tea. Not the Taste notes)
2. Sencha evaluation
-Way of evaluation (process, tools, etc.)
-Points for evaluation (signals of good tea and bad tea)
-Practice (haiken with multiple teas 5types 2sets total 10)
3.Matcha evaluation
-Way of evaluation (process, tools, etc.)
-Points for evaluation (signals of good tea and bad tea)
-Practice (haiken with multiple teas 5types 2sets total 10)
