📸 ข้อกำหนดเรื่องการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอในคลาส


– งดการใช้ขาตั้งกล้องทุกกรณี และงดถ่ายภาพหรือวีดิโอ ที่เห็นหน้าผู้เข้าร่วมท่านอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับการอนุญาต
– งดถ่ายวิดีโอ ยกเว้นเฉพาะช่วงที่ผู้สอนสาธิต หรือช่วงที่ลูกค้าตีชาด้วยตนเอง

ข้อควรระวัง: การถ่ายภาพหรือวิดีโอที่มากเกินไปอาจรบกวนสมาธิของผู้เข้าร่วมท่านอื่นและผู้สอน หากพบว่ามีการถ่ายภาพ หรือวิดีโออย่างไม่เหมาะสม ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตักเตือน ทั้งนี้ หากมีการเผยแพร่ภาพหรือวิดีโอที่มีบุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และหากมีการละเมิด PDPA ทางร้านขอไม่รับผิดชอบเนื่องจากได้แจ้งและขอความร่วมมือแล้ว

– ทางเราขอแนะนำให้ถ่ายภาพหรือคลิปวิดีโออย่างพอเหมาะและไม่รบกวนท่านอื่นๆ เพื่อสำหรับนำไปฝึกซ้อมหรือทบทวนที่บ้าน และไม่ควรนำไปเผยแพร่ลงสื่อใดๆ หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้า

รถไฟฟ้า: ลงจาก BTS เพลินจิต ทางออก 4 เดินต่อมาที่ร้าน 1 กิโลเมตร ใช้เวลาประมาณ 15 นาที

รถยนตร์ส่วนตัว: ที่จอดรถในร้านมีจำกัด หากต้องการนำรถมาจอดสามารถแจ้งแอดมินได้เลยค่ะ

**ในกรณีที่จอดรถของร้านเต็ม รบกวนลูกค้านำรถไปจอดที่ All Season Place แทน ระยะทางจากที่จอดมาถึงร้าน 650 เมตร เดินประมาณ 10 นาที

📌 นโยบายการยกเลิก/เลื่อนคลาส
– แจ้งยกเลิก ก่อนวันเรียน 7 วัน คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
(หักค่าธรรมเนียม 6.5% จากยอดชำระ)
– แจ้งยกเลิก ก่อนวันเรียน 3 วัน คืน 50%
– แจ้งยกเลิก ภายใน 3 วัน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงิน
– ลูกค้าสามารถให้ผู้อื่นมาเรียนแทนได้
– ขอเลื่อนวันเรียนได้เฉพาะเมื่อแจ้ง ก่อนวันเรียน 7 วัน

Dear Customer,
Thank you for registering for our workshop. We are pleased to confirm your booking.

📌 Important Note
Please note that we do not ship any items to your address.
On the day of the workshop, simply tell us your name and show your LINE order confirmation to join the class.

📝 Recommendations Before Attending the Class
🙏 Please have a meal before the class. We recommend avoiding very spicy or greasy food.
🙏 Please refrain from wearing perfume to avoid affecting the tea tasting experience.
🙏 Companions are not allowed to wait inside the venue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

📸 Photography and Video Recording Policy

– Tripods are strictly prohibited. Please do not take photos or videos showing other participants’ faces without their consent.
– Video recording is only allowed during the instructor’s demonstration or when you are whisking tea yourself.

⚠️ Reminder: Excessive photo or video recording may disturb other participants and the instructor. If inappropriate recording is observed, our staff reserves the right to issue a warning. If any images or videos including other individuals are shared without consent, or if there is a breach of the PDPA, we will not be held responsible as we have already communicated this policy.

– We recommend taking photos or short clips in moderation for personal review or practice at home.
Please do not post them on social media or use them for commercial purposes.

🚗 Transportation Options:

BTS : Our shop is located about 1 kilometer from BTS Ploen Chit Station. You can easily walk here from the station (Exit 4), which takes approximately 15 minutes.

Personal Car : We have limited parking spaces available. If you plan to drive here, please notify us in advance via Line.

**In case our parking lot is fully booked, the nearest alternative parking is at All Seasons Place (650m from Koto Tea Space).

📌 Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

– Before 7 days 100% refund (-6.5% fee from total payment)
– Before 3 days 50% refund
– Within 3 days 0% refund
– You may transfer your spot to someone else
– Rescheduling is only allowed if you notify us 7+ days in advance

⏰ Please set a reminder on your phone.
Once this confirmation is sent, we will not send another reminder.
